That sounds very lame to say about a blanket, but I don’t know I like this helps Now off to counseling Well good morning again my lovely friends, I wanted to give you kind of like a 24-hour check-in about the weighted blanket and anxiety in general. I went to counseling yesterday, it’s not always a blast, So last night it was a little bit challenging and I did use the weighted blanket to go to sleep and actually felt super nice Again. You might think that having 15 pounds would like feel like a lot or suffocating, or anything like that polar opposite. It was super comforting and like the weight, distribution was really good, so I didn’t feel like there was too much weight on any part of my body.

Actually, I had Brian try it also. He weirdly really liked it. He usually doesn’t go for alternative anything, but he liked it and I think I’ll get him one as a gift. Anxiety is such a weird thing because it’s not rational, Like I know that, like I’m, safe, there’s no impending doom, but my body likes to tell me that there’s like a tiger about a jump of the room and ruin everything, and so it just feels. Like my heart’s beating out of my chest all the time and like I can’t breathe often – and that gets the worst at night, which is why this is really nice to have, and it just felt calming and relaxing and is a really good tool. I will add it to my arsenal of things to combat anxiety to actually get better rest, which heaven knows I need really hopeful that it will continue to promote, like better rest without having to take any kind of medication. I didn’t take anything except like a little bit as equal last night and I was able to go to sleep a hopeful positive result. I will keep you updated as time goes on, but I did rest pretty well. Now, histamine is a compound that’s released by bacteria, and that can cause the feelings of brain fog.

5 tips to achieving your new year fitness resolution If you like me don’t have a consistent diets plan I can start a diet plan and then after a few days I am back at eating junk foods so I’m with you man it’s a great question if you ask what to do about it right and a very common problem I would say so I thought that’s multi-purpose this piece of content so more people can benefit from my answer and instead of just one person as I’m pretty sure more people are having this exact same problem the problem was starting a new workout plan all enthusiastic and then falling off it after two weeks.

Or like Arnold Schwarzenegger starting a new diet plan filled with motivation right and then back to eating junk foods after a while and this is a never-ending cycle of being motivated and falling off your commitments becoming sick and tired and eventually being sick and tired of being sick and tired and then starting all over again right so if you are struggling with consistency there are basically two options okay option number one is your goal is not clear enough and option number two is your plan or approach is not sustainable let’s cover number one real quick if you don’t know what you want or why you want it then most likely you don’t value the means that are necessary to achieve that goal right if you if your goal is to step on the Olympia stage as a top-level physique competitor.

But you don’t want to sacrifice the doughnuts you eat at lunch every day okay your goal probably isn’t thought through properly would you agree so the same applies to work out it’s, all the same, let’s say he wants a physique similar to the ones on a world-class stage but you don’t want to work out for more than two hours a week it’s the same thing right so get your goals sorted out okay know what you want what you really want and why you want it okay there’s no right or wrong answer it just creates clarity in your life, okay the second option of not being consistent is your plan or approach not being sustainable listen if you cannot stick to something being consistent it means that whatever you are doing is not sustainable which agree so listen up.

You don’t have to start off with eating four to six fixed meals every single day okay I had this conversation with a guy the other day and I told him the same thing startup with just following a few simple nutritional guidelines okay that is sustainable and that anyone can stick to okay if you want to lose weight, for example, follow the guidelines in my free weight loss guide such as removing any drinks that contain calories, okay anyone can do that right not everyone can turn around their whole lifestyle and eat six boring fixed meals every single day but everyone can remove calorie drinks right now if you want to build muscle follow some of the simple guidelines in my free muscle-building guide like getting the way you do right now and just drink a liter of whole milk every single day on top of that okay for the extra calories and nutrients you’re adding two bananas pre-workout if you’re still not getting any weight and the sustainability thing applies to work out too.

So if you go all-in and go from nothing to training five-six or seven times a week for two hours a day you will most likely feel ok trust me I tried that too and I filled so it’s not sustainable for most people and this shouldn’t have to be it’s unnecessary so don’t worry about that if you want to lose weight simply start out with the walking everyday guideline that I preach everywhere and only start weightlifting two to three times a week when you are ready for it okay now if you want to build muscles simply start off with three-four body workouts a week taking no more than one hour each okay guidelines like these are simple sustainable and shouldn’t cause any problems with consistency right if you cannot be consistent with simple guidelines like these then your problem is obviously option number one which is your goal is not clear enough you don’t know exactly what you want or some wide behind.

How to Motivate Yourself Forever

Just as willpower is an essential factor in achieving success, at some point in time, discouragement and lack of motivation may hinder you from reaching your objective. And it is up to you, and you alone to devise techniques that will help you keep that drive within afire.

It is helpful to have visual goals. whatsoever that is you are working towards, make it visual. It maybe something material like a car, or a vacation you have been looking forward to for the longest time.

Take or cut out a picture of it and post it at a conspicuous place at work or at home where you can see it often. So that when you feel discouraged, this will remind you of your goal and will help you keep your spotlight.

Make a contract with oneself. According to motivational researches, people who write down to-do-lists are far more triumphant in achieving their intended goals than those people who just keep mental lists instead.

Putting something in writing somehow makes it more powerful psychologically speaking. This may also be the basis why most cultures have such a high regard in honoring contracts. In the contract, you may also include a certain reward that you will give yourself once you have accomplished the task.

After all, everyone likes to be rewarded for completing a good job. Even a simple pat on the back, “good job”, or “thank you” may do the trick to give the person the additional push to carry on, but unfortunately, these may not always be readily available. Considering that these are also essential in keeping oneself motivated, you must learn to find a way to get that encouragement on your own through pleasing yourself.

Abusive people lower your self-esteem and bring you down. Get these negative people out of your life. Surround yourself with positive people. Imitate their example. Smile amply and think happy thoughts.

These will give you a brighter outlook and lets you see a clearer picture of what you really want and a fresh mind to know what steps to take to get there. Rather than wait for things to happen, try to be proactive and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. Inactivity idles the brain and stagnates your potential to reach your goals.

Read inspirational books and literature. These will help you improve your attitude and heal your mind. A book of success stories also proves to be encouraging. You will not only learn from others’ experiences and derive confidence boosting insights from them but the story will be instrumental in motivating you to go for your goal and move ahead with your plans. If this still seems to falter, get training or education.

Oftentimes, not knowing how or where to start is frustrating. Knowledge is power. Having a clear understanding of how and where to start is empowering and it will provide the extra drive needed to hit the mark you are aiming at and follow it through.

Having enumerated all these tips and tricks to attain self-motivation, but still you seem to feel lacking that much needed drive, there is one last thing that you must try.

Whatever it is that you have been meaning to do, or wanting to achieve, JUST DO IT! Keep on aiming high and go for it! Actually getting your hands dirty best solves the problem of motivation. By “forcing” yourself to just do it, your momentum will pick up gradually as you go along and before you know it you have finished the task or have finally achieved your goal. Divide and conquer is the key.

Break down the apparently unattainable activity to small doable steps. Not only does it become less overwhelming, but seeing the “in the meantime” results will further your confidence that it can indeed be done.

Lack of motivation happens to us all, but if you do not encourage yourself to accept opportunities and be challenged, no one else will. It is most important to keep your eye on the goal, find ways to keep going, and in no time, you shall reap its benefits.

And if at the beginning you were just doing it for the material reward, you will also learn to realize that the fulfillment, satisfaction and self-achievement you derive from reaching your goal is a much enjoyable high that will keep the drive within constantly burning.
