Stretch Your Full Back in Seconds #Shorts

Here's how to stretch your full
back in seconds. We just need a flat elevated surface. The edge
of a bed works, a desk, a chair depending on your height level.
We also need to place something underneath our knees like a
pillow or towel for extra comfort. Take the back side of
your arms just like this. Place them on that flat elevated
surface.

Your hands are going to go right over your
shoulders. Tuck your chin towards your chest. The
movement from here is very easy. I'm just going to lower
my butt down towards my heels until I feel a deep stretch
from my upper back down to my lower back. I do nice, slow
control breathing and hold this for 20 to 30 seconds. From
there, I relax and then repeat this up to five times. To take
this one to the next level instead of going straight, go
off to one side. You'll notice that it hits the muscles just a
little bit differently. So, go all the way towards the left,
go all the way towards the right. If one spot hits it the
best, throw more repetitions in at that point..
