How to Self Release Your Neck in Seconds #Shorts

Here's a quick way to release neck tightness
and stiffness with an exercise that may also   end in a satisfying pop or crack. Start with very
good upright posture. Whatever side that you're   having issues, take your arm bend it 90 degrees
at the elbow, and then I'm going to slide my arm   all the way across my lower back until I feel
an activation of the muscle that runs at the top   part of the shoulder into the neck. From there,
we're going to take the ear on the other side   towards the shoulder by taking our hand, gripping
off to the side, and then pulling it over.

This will   cause a deep stretch into the neck and it may
end in that crack or pop that you're looking   for, but don't try to force it. Go towards a deep
stretch, hold this for 10 to 15 seconds. Relax, take   a breather. On the next repetition, try to stretch
into it even more. You want to do that for three   to five times, and when you're done on one side,
switch to the other to keep them both in balance..
