Many people follow wrong practices around night time. In the hustle bustle of our daily lives, we might lose track of how or what we are eating before we go to bed. Here are some practices that you are doing wrong, First late dinner, Late dinners are more dangerous than you think your body needs some time to digest the food you are eating. Having late meal at night can disrupt digestion, make you feel less satisfied, hamper your weight loss, and also make you overeat. Dinner should be done latest by 8 pm and this will allow your body to easily digest the food. Our body metabolism slows down during the evening time due to exhaustion and lack of activities. Early and timely dinner makes it easier for our system to process our meal. At this in turn will allow us to have a good night sleep. Second point, Eating junk or heavy food, heavy dinner or junk food is a strict no no for night time.

These foods are processed high in calories and contain complex carbs which are difficult to break down and they take longer time to digest processed foods overdressing meals with condiments and even spicy food can cause discomfort and even water retention, which may lead to bloating and feeling overtly full. Having a lite and balanced meal to end your day is the right way to go. Soups, salads, or any options with high protein and low carb values should be chosen. These would provide right nutrition while also being light on your system and keeping you full. Third point, Over consumption or under eating our body tells us how much food and nutrition it needs. Over eating or under consumption of meals can throw us off balance by making us Moody, lethargic, or lacking in energy.

We know the importance of balance diet being mindful about how much we are eating is necessary so that our body gets required nutrition and fuel without putting added pressure on our digestive system. Forth point, Other post dinner mistakes, lying down or being lazy after dinner should be totally avoided. A small walk after dinner is a must. It helps balancing lack of activities at night, help you seen rejuvenated and gives your body extra push of energy it needs to perform its function before bedtime.

Hydration is important. You must take a glass of water before dinner. We should take water half an hour before our dinner and one hour after our dinner, but one hour after our dinner when we take water, it may affect our night because we have to get up very often to urinate and so you can take some liquid. You can have a glass of milk with little haldi and little pinch of black pepper and a sip of warm water to wash away the throat.

So such healthy habits have to be formed. You should see that throughout the day you are hydrating well. Better you drink water and hour before your bedtime and make sure that you empty your bladder just before you sleep. We should not use any digital screen means, mobile computers, and TV before bed. All this will make our mind very active, and that will delay our bedtime. All these things when we use that makes us seat for a longer time. And that is why it should be avoided. We should spend some time with our family and be interactive with our loved ones.
