stretching routine that's going to make you
feel loose and energized and ready to take on your day.

This is a seven-day course designed to be done at the end of your bed as soon as you wake up in the morning. The major components of this course are going to include gentle stretches to wake up your body and
have you feeling great. This course is perfect for those who maybe feel a little stiff in the morning and need some gentle stretches
